ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Tahir Rafique Butt on Saturday observed the last segment of Pakistan-China Joint International Air Exercise ‘Shaheen-III’, ARY News reported.
After examining the air exercises, Tahir Rafique Butt expressed satisfaction over the professional skills of combat pilots and technicians.
The Chief of Air Staff said the Pak-China Air Exercises would not only strengthen bilateral ties, but would also give an opportunity to learn from each other’s combat experience.
Tahir Rafique Butt said that Chinese Air Force contingent is comprised of J-10 and J-7 combat aircraft while PAF contingent includes JF-17 Thunder, Mirage and F7 PG combat aircraft are participating in this multi-dimensional Joint Air Exercise.
The Joint International Air Exercise was held at an Operational Air Base of Pakistan Air Force.
