Pak Army organises exhibition of war weapons in Skardu

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army on Sunday organised an exhibition of war weapons at Skardu Municipal Stadium in connection with the Pakistan Day.

Force Commander Gilgit Baltistan Major General Ehsan Mehmood Khan inaugurated the exhibition.

The force commander and Senior Minister Gilgit Baltistan Haji Akbar Taban visited the stalls where the army officials briefed the visitors about the displayed war weapons.

The visitors took keen interest in the displayed weapons and paid tribute to Pak Army.

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider on Sunday said that threat of a nuclear war between Pakistan and India was not yet over.

Raja Farooq Haider said that the threat of a nuclear war between the two archrival neighboring countries would continue to loom unless Kashmir issue was resolved.

Talking to journalists, the prime minister said that the government was providing every possible assistance to the victims of Indian firing along the Line of Control (LoC).

Farooq Haider said that he was personally visiting various sectors along LoC to evaluate losses being inflicted by Indian firing.

He said that the AJK government had sent six additional ambulances to the areas close to LOC.
