Pakistan condemns deadly attack in Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Foreign Office on Sunday condemned the terrorist attack in Saudi Arabia’s Saihat city which left five persons dead on Friday, ARY News reports.

According to a release by FO, the Pakistani government and people convey their deep condolence to the government of Saudi Arabia and its people along with the bereaved families who lost their loved ones in the attack.

“We reaffirm our full support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are confident that under the able leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the menace of terrorism will be overcome”, the press release read.

The FO added that Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

At least five people were killed in a shooting incident in Saudi Arabia. Islamic State (IS) (also known as Daesh) had claimed responsibility of the incident.
