Pakistan condemns unprovoked Indian firing at Line of Control

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the unprovoked Indian firing at Line of Control and violation of ceasefire agreement.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said continued firing of Indian forces was a serious threat to peace in the region.

He said targeting and killing of innocent civilians across the Line of Control was a condemnable act.

Meanwhile, speaking at an Iftar dinner in Islamabad, Nafees Zakaria said India had unleashed worst bloodshed in occupied Kashmir.

He said Kashmiris were rendering unprecedented sacrifices and India could not suppress their struggle for right to self-determination through force.
