Pakistan foreign policy reforms will yield good results: PM Nawaz
PM Nawaz Sharif, speaking to media after arriving in London, said that the reforms in the foreign policy will yield positive results.
He also said that Pakistan, with Afghan cooperation, will strive for peace in the region. He added that the two countries have vowed to fight terrorism together.
“We want to have better bilateral ties with India”, he said.
“Resolution of the Kashmir issue is necessary and Pakistan wants ‘result oriented’ talks on all outstanding issues with India”.
He also said that Operation Zarb-e-Azb is successfully going on in the tribal areas and the results are in front of the whole world.
PM Nawaz said that the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) created hurdles in Pakistan’s way of progress.
