The newspaper has stated that Pakistan is working to develop a nuclear bomb that can be fired from a naval ship or submarine.
It is also mentioned that the country is also looking to increase the number of its nuclear stockpile which include short range nuclear missiles.
Jen Psaki, spokeswoman of the U.S. State Department, has said that it depends on Pakistan whether it wants to discuss its nuclear program with them or not. She added that all countries must limit their number of nukes.
