LAHORE: The Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan and India are soon going to form free-zones in various fields, which will aid the business class of both the states – ARY News reports.
Addressing the Knowledge Park Conference organized by the British Council, Shahbaz Sharif said that these free-zones can bring improvement in agriculture, livestock, research and several other fields, while the Government of Punjab is also striving to promote education sector, with the collaboration of the British Government.
He said that the Quaid e Azam Solar Park will start producing 100 MWs of electricity, by the end of this year, which will help overcoming the energy crisis in the country.
The Chief Minister said that the Government spends billion of rupees on female doctors, but unfortunately they sit back at homes, this trend will have to be changed.
