Pakistan sets 233 to win for Sri Lanka

ABU DHABI: Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga took four wickets aiding his team to restrict Pakistan at 232 in the fifth ODI here on Friday – ARY News reports.

Captain of Pakistani squad, Misbah-ul Haq scored  the highest 51 while Mohammad Hafeez made 41. Anwar Ali scored 41 on 38 balls and remained not out.

Pakistan had a tough time after its openers Ahmed Shehzad and Sharjeel Khan both were out by the 13th over with 17 and 18 runs respectively.

Moreover, Malinga made it 70-3 as he returned Sohaib Maqsood to pavilion with a score of only 7 runs.

All rounder Shahid Afridi was not there in the team as he had to return home on account of his daughter's sickness, whereas Bilawal Bhatti was also dropped for reasons not yet known. Rehman and Ali replaced both the players in today's squad for the 5th ODI.
