SHARJAH: Pakistan Under-19s defeated Afghanistan by 2 wickets in the semi-final on Thursday and cruised past in the final of Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup, ARY News reported.
The final will be played between Pakistan U-19 and India U-19 on January 4 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
In the semi-final match against Afghanistan, legspinner Karamat Ali of Pakistan claimed a hat-trick while captain Sami Aslam scored 75 runs to powered Pakistan Under-19s into the final.

Hasan Raza and Hussain Talat chipped in with crucial contributions to stop the slide, but both of them were dismissed in the 45th over and Pakistan were soon left precariously placed at 195 for 8 with 13 balls remaining.
Meanwhile India Under-19s beat Sri Lanka Under 19s by three wickets make through to the final.
