Pakistan’s Envoy to UN condemns Israeli aggression on Gaza

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), Ambassador Masood Ahmed Khan on Wednesday condemned the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza and said that a truce is being tried with the help of Islamic states, ARY News reports.

In his exclusive talk with ARY News, Masood Ahmed Khan said Pakistan favors Palestinians’ right of self-determination in Gaza.

He told the United Nations (UN) is making efforts for a truce in Gaza, but these efforts are not proving to be fruitful.

Masood said all of the Islamic countries of the world are trying to resolve the Gaza Conflict, while Pakistan has also contacted the United States (US) on the issue.

According to foreign media, 624 people, mostly civilians, have been killed in 15 days of fighting in Gaza so far.
