Pakistan’s nukes not for Shab-e-Barat occasion: Musharraf

ISLAMABAD: Former president General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf has said that Pakistan has not kept its nuclear weapons for Shab-e-Barat occasion, ARY News reports.

Pervez Musharraf, in an interview on ARY News program Sawal Yeh Hai hosted by Dr. Danish, said that Pakistan knows how to give a suitable response to Indian aggression.

“India should not mistake the situation same as it was in 1971”, Musharraf said.

He also said that India is an extremist Hindu country and its Prime Minister Narendra Modi believes on the mentality of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), an extremist Hindu ideological group in the country.

He said that after the Kargil conflict there were not much woods for Indians for cremation of their war dead.

The former army general also said that the neighbouring state should stop playing its double-face game against Pakistan.
