ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq said parliament house is on top of hit-list of terrorists, ARY News reported Tuesday.
Talking to media in the parliament house in Islamabad, the NA speaker said directives had been issued to beef up security at the parliament.
The day terrorists barge into here (parliament), no one could escape the premises, said Sadiq.
Recent spate of terrorist attacks has sent shockwaves among politicians and civil society. Two attacks in couple of days – one on Karachi airport and another on ASF Academy in the same city – have galvanized law enforcers and rulers into action.
