ISLAMABAD: A passenger bus fell in ravine on Saturday evening near Aaro Khas, Islamabad and a child was killed and at least 31 including women got injured, ARY News reported.
According to the sources, the incident occurred due to the break failure and among casualties 4 persons are severely injured.
Furthermore, injured have been shifted to the PIMS hospital, Islamabad and rescue officials reached the site to extract the passengers from the ravine, which is about 100 feet deep.
The unfortunate passengers were residents of Lahore who had decided to visit Murree after paying their respects at Golra Sharif and the accident took place when they were returning to Islamabad after visiting the hill station.
Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif has ordered commissioner Rawalpindi to personally control the relief activities and advised to provide instant aid to the wounded people.
