PAT cautions to halt country on chief’s arrest

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) on Wednesday has warned to halt Pakistan from Karachi to Khyber if government authorities arrest their Chief Dr. Allam Tahir-ul-Qadri, ARY News reported.

PAT’s central leader Umar Riaz Abbasi and Deputy Secretary General Amir Fareed while addressing a press conference in Islamabad today said government of Pakistan is fearful of PAT’s revolution.

They said list of PAT’s workers are being prepared for their arrest by Special Branch and Intelligence Bureau (IB).

Umar Riaz and Amir Fareed said PAT’s leaders have directed their family to strictly deal with Law Enforce Agencies (LEAs) if Police try to violate the sanctity of their houses.

“We have advised our family members to fire bullets on Police personnel if they try to enter in our houses”, the leaders said.

They further said that even today six workers of PAT have been arrested from Rawalpindi.

According to them around 1 lakh workers will welcome Tahir-ul-Qadri from Islamabad only adding that date of Islamabad march would be announced anytime after Youm e Shuhada on August 10.
