Pathans have equal rights to live in Punjab, says Sanaullah

LAHORE: Punjab’s Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday said that Pathans have an equal right to live in Punjab like any other Pakistani national, ARY News reported.

Talking to media, Sanaullah apologized to the nation over the difficulties being faced by the Pashtun during the targeted operations in Punjab.

He said that the citizens should be treated with respect during the raids across the province.

On the other hand, PML-N leader Ameer Muqam has said that the party condemns terrorism incidents across the country. He said that Pashtun people have rendered countless sacrifices for the country.

He said, “Pathans became Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and were forced to leave their own homes during the military operations against terrorists.”

Replying a question Ameer Muqam stated that terrorists have no religion.

The PML-N leader said that his party represents whole Pakistan and it is the second largest party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
