TOP NEWS

Addressing his workers and supporters on Tuesday, Imran Khan first of all extended his condolences to the Baloch people, who are marking the seventh death anniversary of Nawab Akber Bugti. He said the entire Pakistani nation is aggrieved at injustice done to the Baloch people, they were oppressed and mistreated, due to which there is anarchy everywhere in Balochistan.

Khan said now this campaign is not just aimed at exposing the elections’ fraud, but to make the people of Pakistan a nation indeed.

The PTI chief while drawing the attention of female participants, asked them to make their children read the Holy Quran with translation and learn from it the ways of life. He said, “My mother used to ask me to read the Holy Quran, I remained busy in sports and did not read it as much as I was supposed to, but you must teach your children and make them learn from this holy book”.

He also advised them to learn the philosophy of Allama Iqbal and propagate it to the children.

Khan stressed the youngsters to read and understand the writings of Iqbal, if they are to know the purpose for which this country was formed.

The skipper told his supporters in joyous mood that he has managed to get a jogging machine in his container and that he is not going to go away from here. He said, “I am prepared to play a test match with the government, not a T20”.

Imran Khan said, “He is enjoying the way people are coming out of the fear of Nawaz Sharif’s monarchy and challenging it”.

While referring to ARY News program ‘Khara Sach’, he said, “Today anchorperson Mubashir Lucman revealed that how an MNA from Balochistan secured only 25 votes in the elections, with the help of which he made it to the assembly”.

The PTI chief asked the people to imagine that a person gets elected, securing only 25 votes. He said the Baloch people rightly mourn that they are kept deprived of their rights, while their representatives are kept behind forcefully or through unfair means.

Imran Khan quoted Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNPM) chief, Sardar Akhter Mengal saying that the elections in Balochistan were terribly rigged. He said this fake mandate is being exposed with every passing day.

Imran Khan also expressed his pleasure that a former judge, Justice (R) Ali Rizvi also maintained the stance of Afzal Khan on the General Elections 2013. He said, “Justice Rizvi himself was conducting the elections in 2013 and he told that former Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had placed his selected officials”.

Taking exception to Geo News, the PTI chief said the media organization is busy with the character assassination of Afzal Khan, instead of paying him tribute for standing against injustice. He asked Mir Shakil to feel ashamed of his deeds adding, “I know you have always sold out your conscience and the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is showering enough money on you”.

Imran Khan also slammed the Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for going on a visit to China, saying that how can a person, who is alleged of the killing of 14 people, travel abroad. He said that Shahbaz Sharif’s name should have been put on the exit control list (ECL).
