“Bhutto gave country a consensus constitution and strengthened defence of the country.”

He said: “I pay the highest tribute to the leader who spent important phase of his life in exile and imprisonment and demonstrating patience during hard times.”

The PPP patron-in-chief Mr. Zardari is currently out of country following investigations initiated by the National Accountability Bureau against alleged corruption by the PPP-led government in Sindh.
