PESHAWAR: Provincial Information Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), Shah Farman has questioned the State Minister for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali that why did he not replace the Chief of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) – ARY News reports.
According to details, Shah Farman stated that Chiefs of electric supply companies were replaced all over Pakistan, but the PESCO Chief was not changed here. He inquired Abid Sher Ali that why did he not do so in KP.
He added that the PESCO Chief is the actual issue in the province.
Earlier today, the State Minister for Power had alleged K-P ministers of providing protection to power thieves in the province.
Abid Sher Ali in a press conference in Peshawar said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief, Imran Khan should pay attention to the recovery of power bills instead of staging sit-ins.
