PESHAWAR: A blasts near hotel located Qissa Khawani Market in Peshawar killed eight and left 38 including two women and three children injured, ARY News reported.
According to Police, the explosion was of severe intensity causing outright destruction of three shops.
Police recovered the body parts of suspected suicide bomber while Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) revealed that six kg explosive material was used in the attack.
Rescue teams and law enforcement agencies rushed to the scene immediately after the blast.
The wounded persons have been shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.
The place of blast was same where unidentified assailants gunned down member of Imamia Coordination Council, Sardar Ali Asghar on previous day.
Earlier on Sunday, twin blasts through grenade was conducted inside cinema house at Qissa Khawani Market killing 4 and injuring 34.
