Pir Pagara discusses political situation of Sindh with MQM Pakistan
KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League – Functional chief Pir Pagara Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi on Friday called on the leadership of the Mutahida Quami Movement – Pakistan.
The Pir Pagara who is also the spiritual leader of the Hur Jamaat was accorded a cordial welcome when he arrived at the residence of MQM Pakistan leader Amir Khan.
Leader of Opposition in Sindh Assembly Khawaja Izhar-ul-Hassan was also present on the occasion. They discussed a range of issues particularly the political situation in the province.
Amir Khan, while speaking to media, said they discussed the worsening situation of the development of Sindh since the last six to eight years. He said that the MQM will continue to mutually consult each other for the benefit of the province.
Pir Pagara paid tribute to outgoing Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, and expressed hope that the successes of the Operation Zarb-e-Azb in the elimination of terrorism will be continued after him.
