PM Imran arrives in UAE after wrapping Saudi visit
ABU DHABI: Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived on Wednesday in the United Arab Emirates after completing a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia.
The prime minister was received upon arrival by Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE armed forces Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.
They discussed a range of bilateral relations and expressed satisfaction on the mutual cooperation. They also expressed satisfaction that both countries have same stance on regional and global issues.
The two leaders also discussed ways to further strengthen the economic cooperation and promotion of investment.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Finance Minister Asad Umar, Information Minister Fawad Hussain and Adviser on Commerce Abdul Razak Dawood are accompanying the prime minister.
This is the second country which the prime minister has visited after he assumed office last month.
PM Imran wrapped a visit to Saudi Arabia where met with with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
He also held in-depth talks with the Saudi leaders on wide range of bilateral, regional and issues of mutual interest.
