ISLAMABAD: Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah along with his delegation has called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday and discussed bilateral relations and other issues, ARY News reported.
PM Nawaz Sharif welcomed Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on his arrival at Prime Minster house.
Nawaz Sharif said the two sides have signed a number of agreements to enhance bilateral cooperation.
Nawaz Sharif said that the agreement on investment will encourage Kuwaiti investment in energy and infrastructure projects in Pakistan.
He said Kuwait has expressed willingness to recruit skilled manpower from Pakistan
Meanwhile, Prime Minster of Kuwait expressed willingness to import more skilled manpower from Pakistan particularly in the health and military sectors.
Regarding Pakistan’s role in Afghanistan‚ he said that Kuwait encourages Pakistan’s role in Afghan peace process.
Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah is on two days visit of Pakistan on the invitation of PM Nawaz Sharif.
