PM Nawaz approved 7 projects relating to Gwadar Port, tells Michael
KARACHI: Federal Minister of Ports and Shipping, Kamran Michael has told that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has approved 7 different projects relating to the Gwadar Port, whereas the Chinese Prime Minister will be visiting Pakistan in next two months, during which he will inaugurate Gwadar Airport – ARY News reports.
Talking to media after attending the annual ceremony of Master Mariner Society of Pakistan, Kamran Michael told that first birth of the deep sea water port has been accomplished, whilst the second birth will also be completed this month, after which the port will become operational. He stated that the nation is proud of its marine troops.
Michael told that the time has come for the country to get rid of darkness and disappointment, and if Pakistan is to be seen on the map of the world, then we all will have to fight back the challenges bravely.
On this occasion, chief guest, Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Asif Sandhaila also distributed shields amongst different officials.
