NEW DELHI: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif will meet the newly elected Indian Premier Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday (today), ARY News reports.
Nawaz Sharif had attended the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi after the new Indian Prime Minister had invited all the Prime Ministers of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries to the ceremony on Monday.
Nawaz is also expected to meet the Indian President Pranabh Mukherjee today.
He had said that he was leaving for the country with a message of peace. He had also released 151 Indian prisoners as a goodwill gesture.
It should be noted that dialogue process between the two countries have come to a deadlock after the 26/11 Mumbai Attacks.
Discussions on Siachen Glacier, Sir Creek, Economy and Trade along with cricket are expected to be held in the meeting in the Indian capital.
