The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Nawaz Sharif has been informed about the two conditions laid forth by chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri, after which consultation is underway between the statesmen at the PM House.
The conditions presented by the PAT chief are as follows:
1- Resignation of Punjab CM and nominated ministers in the FIR of Model Town incident
2- To provide the copy of the FIR after registration
The Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Information Minister Pervez Rasheed, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar and other high-ups are present at the PM House for consultation on the two demands.
It was further reported that the prime minister is also consulting lawyers over legalities of the demands laid by Dr Tahirul Qadri.
