KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arriving Karachi tomorrow (Tuesday) on a daylong visit, ARY News reported on Monday.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will be given briefing over the law and order situation in a high level meeting at Governor House in Karachi.
The delegations of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and MQM are expected to meet the prime minister.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement delegation will express the party's reservations about the ongoing targeted operation in the city.
The delegation will be comprised of the members of the MQM Rabita Committee and will demand formation of a monitoring committee to oversee the operation in the metropolis. The delegation will also apprised the Premier about alleged extra-judicial killings and disappearances of the party workers.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after his arrival in Karachi tomorrow morning will attend the awards distribution ceremony of the local chamber of commerce as chief guest.
