ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has summoned a meeting of the parliamentary committee of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) on Monday – ARY News reports.
According to details, the Prime Minister has summoned the meeting in order to take into confidence his party regarding failure of dialogue process with Taliban and the ongoing military operation in North Waziristan tribal region.
Sources within the Government told that PM Nawaz will also present the proposed draft of the Tahaffuz-e-Pakistan Ordinance, which is expected to be further amended.
Federal Information Minister, Pervez Rasheed, while talking to ARY News, stated that the meeting will decide about a strategy to cope with the troubled situation of the state.
Moreover, PM Nawaz will also discuss the factors that caused failure of peace process with Taliban.
