PM Nawaz vows to make Pakistan journalist-friendly country
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that he wants to make Pakistan a journalist friendly country, ARY News reports on Wednesday.
Nawaz Sharif met with Mrs. Kati Holbrooke in Islamabad. In the meeting, Nawaz Sharif announced that a special commission will be made for the protection and welfare of journalists in Pakistan.
He added that he wants to make Pakistan a friendly country for journalists where national and foreign media persons are given complete protection.
The Premier, while speaking to wife of Richard Holbrooke, said that her husband was an ally of Pakistan.
