PM says talks with Taliban on track
LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said talks with the Taliban were moving forward in right direction and nation will soon be given good news, ARY News reported.
The prime minister stated this during a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif at Raiwand today (Sunday).
Both the dignitaries discusses over security situation in the country.
The PM said that development of the country was connected with peace, which will be restored at all costs.
Shahbaz apprised the PM of developments into investigation of threats to PPP chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
The chief minister Punjab assured Nawaz of providing fool-proof security to Bilawal whenever he came to Punjab.
