According to a statement of Prime Minister’s Office, the internal and regional security situation was discussed in the meeting between the prime minister and the army chief.
“Vowing to continue the war against militancy and terrorism, the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed his satisfaction over the security situation of the country,” the statement read.
The prime minister urged that the implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) against terrorism be assured.
