PM vows to continue operation against terrorists

A high level meeting chaired by the Prime Minister in Islamabad today discussed various steps to combat terrorism.

Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif vowed to continue operation against all terrorists without any exception or discrimination.

He said the nation will not forget the barbaric incidents that took place in Peshawar, Quetta and Wagha. Perpetrators of these attacks will not be spared. He said protection of all the citizens irrespective of their caste, creed and religion is the foremost priority of the government. He said no cause is holier than the life and property of people.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister also emphasized the need for addressing the root causes of terrorism.

The meeting expressed the firm resolve to root out terrorism from the country and agreed to take urgent and effective steps to address this menace.
