PMLN Gov’t determined to resolve power crises: Shahbaz

LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that work on different projects is being done at a rapid rate to meet the country's energy needs, ARY News reports.

Speaking to a delegation of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) here on Monday, Shahbaz Sharif said that special incentives are being provided to local and foreign investors to start energy projects. He added that serious steps are being taken rapidly in the right direction to overcome and gas shortage.

CM Punjab further added that it s inevitable to overcome the energy crises for the economic stability and the promotion of economic activities.

“PML-N Government is determined to overcome the power crises", Shahbaz added.

He stated that locations have been selected for setting up of power plants producing energy from coal. He added that the day and night efforts of the Government will bear fruitful results and the country will be saved from the energy crises.
