Despite repeated attempts by the government committee, no contact could be made as the PTI chief and PAT chief are not ready to listen to the government, he said.

The minister asked: “If someone does not want to talk then how we could proceed with the dialogue process.”

Rafique said Dr. Qadri was not even ready to listen to MQM chief Altaf Hussain.

He said the government would also make earnest efforts today to hold talks with the opposition leaders.
