Police finds accused killed in Gaddap Encounter to be foreign secret agent

KARACHI: Police officials have found the criminal named Ameen alias Patang, who was killed in Gaddap Encounter, to be a foreign secret agent, who had a fake Pakistani identity card – ARY News reports.

According to details, Karachi, along with criminal elements, has also been plunged into the wrath of undercover foreign agents. Police officials have told that some important revelations were made during initial investigations regarding the criminal named Ameen aka Patang, who was killed during an encounter in Sohrab Goth area.

Investigators told that the killed suspect has turned out to be a foreign agent, who had acquired Pakistani identity card through counterfeiting.

Investigative agencies have informed National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) about the face NIC of the accused.

Meanwhile, the autopsy report of the accused has also hinted at him to be a non-Muslim.

Officials further told that investigation regarding the accused has been widened and a DNA test will also be conducted in this regard, for which his blood samples have been taken by the authorities.

Ameen was a local leader of a banned outfit, who was residing here in the metropolis, since Swat Operation, 2009.
