KARACHI: Police officials of Gulistan-e-Jauhar Police station, Karachi supporting the criminals of rape case asked for the bribe of Rs 50,000 from the victim girl, ARY News reported.
ARY News program ‘Sar-e-Aam’, hosted by Syed Iqrar-ul-Hasaan had caught a fake Aamil red-handedly on April 28 with the evidences, who raped a girl under the trap of spiritual treatment and used to blackmail her with the recording.
The Sar-e-Aam team helped police to make the arrest of criminal but the investigating officer ASI Mukhtar and ASI Sohail instead of punishing the criminal started demanding bribe of Rs.50, 000 from the girl.
After getting aware about Police attitude, one of the representatives of Sar-e-Aam team disguised himself as the family member of victim girl and bribed the police officers.
The scenes of asking and receiving bribe have been captured by Sar-e-Aam team from the hidden cameras as evidence.
But unfortunately, the now the secret recordings made by fake Aamil is under the custody of evil and unscrupulous police officers, which they can use to blackmail the girl and her family members.
Sar-e-Aam team, on the other hand, have submitted a request against the police officers for taking in the same police station; However no action has been taken yet against the them.
