ISLAMABAD: All Pakistani nationals travelling abroad from June 1 (today) will be required to get polio vaccination certificates in view of sanctions imposed by World Health Organisation (WHO) against polio spread in the country, ARY News reported.
The certificate will confirm that a traveler was immunized against polio. In case a traveler lacks immunization certificates, he/she won’t be allowed to travel.
According to health ministry, people of all ages will be required to get polio drops. Special polio counters have already been established at all airports to facilitate passengers.
