ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani expressed deems that Armed forces being significant institution of Pakistan would perform their assigned duties within prescribed boundaries with any violation of constitution, ARY News reported.
While addressing to a delegation of PAF War College in Islamabad on Sunday, Tassaduq Hussain Jillani said that conspiracies for political destabilization began soon the compilation of constitution.
Speaking about conspiracies, he gave brief history of Martial laws in Pakistan. He said that now the phase of such conspiracies has over and political instability is no more the part of Pakistan.
The Chief Justice said legislative is responsible to make laws and the judiciary to interpret them. He said independent judiciary guarantees good governance.
