Postmortem report says Inayat Raza fired at from 4 to 6 feet

PIA’s assistant manager Inayat Raza was killed in the employees protest against proposed privatization in Karachi on Tuesday which turned deadly and resulted in death of three protesters including Raza.

According to additional police surgeon Dr. Kaleem the bullet pierced in the chest of Enayat Raza on the left side and emerged out from the abdomen on the right side. He also said that the bullet was fired on Raza from the distance of four to six feet.

He said that another victim of the incident Saleem Akbar was proclaimed dead on his arrival to the hospital. Saleem Akbar had sustained bullet wound in his abdomen.

The firing incident caused nationwide uproar against the incident resulting in disruption of the flight operations of Pakistan’s national airlines causing huge losses.
