LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) through a resolution, has demanded India to grant the right of self-determination to the people of Kashmir – ARY News reports.
According to details, PPP organized Kashmir Conference here on Wednesday at the Lahore Press Club, with respect to the Kashmir Day.
During the conference, attendees passed a resolution demanding India to grant right of self-determination to the people of Kashmir according to the resolutions of the United Nations (UN), so that they could freely decide as to with whom they want to go Pakistan or India.
The PPP leaders while addressing the conference, said that the founder of PPP, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto conveyed the voice of oppressed to the world.
They added that India cannot suppress the voice of Kashmiris demanding for their freedom, in any way.
