KARACHI: Police in Karachi have recovered the abducted son of a Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader after raiding a criminal hideout near Northern Bypass, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
According to SSP Malir, the police raided the criminal hideout to recover the abductee but the kidnappers opened fire upon the raiding party, the police returned fire, killing at least five kidnappers.
The raiding party also recovered Hayat Baloch, son of MNA Murtaza Baloch.
The police officer added that Hayat Baloch was kidnapped while he was traveling to Hub.
