PPP, MQM leaders discuss 'working relationship' in Dubai

DUBAI: The senior leadership of the Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) held a meeting in Dubai on late Sunday and discussed matters of mutual party affairs, ARY News reported.

MQM Rabitta Committee deputy convener Nadeem Nusrat and Governor Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ibad met the former president Asif Ali Zardari and former interior minister Rehman Malik of the PPP.

According to statement, they discussed national, international and economical issues of the country. Besides matter of MQM and PPP’s working relationship also came in discussion.

Zardari said reconciliation process will continue for the welfare of people. Governor Sindh said federal government wanted that political harmony and reconciliation should be promoted in Sindh.
