PPP offers to mediate differences between PMLN, Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Monday offered for playing the role of a mediator between the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) and Imran Khan, ARY News reported.

Talking to media outside the Parliament House, Leader of the Opposition, Syed Khursheed Shah said, “we are ready to mediate the differences between PMLN and the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI)”.

He suggested both the government and the opposition to demonstrate patience and said the Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif should hold negotiations with Imran Khan.

Shah also criticized the government for imposing article-245 in Islamabad; he told that PPP will raise voice against the decision at the floor of the National Assembly today.

The Opposition Leader, however mentioned that his party will not let the Government topple, in any case.
