PPP, PMLN playing 'musical chair' for past 30 years, says Imran Khan
THANDIANI/MURREE: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) have been playing 'musical chair' of power for past 30 years. He also lashed out at Geo TV, saying that its programs cannot be watched together with the family – ARY News reports.
Addressing a public meeting here on Saturday, Imran Khan alleged that the Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif has purchased 2 bullet-proof vehicles worth of Rs 11 crore, which belong to the people of Pakistan. He further referred to Geo News as the media cell of Nawaz-League.
In his address in Murree, Khan labeled Geo News as PTV-2 for the PTV also keeps propagating about the virtues of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.
He said that the politics of families is injustice done to the people and vowed not to let his children enter into politics.
The PTI Chief said that his only demand is to verify votes in four NA constituencies and promised that who so ever polled more than one vote, will have to go to jail.
Moreover, Imran Khan claimed that he has not come via helicopter on public expense and spent his own money for this purpose.
