Former premier Gillani made the statement as he was talking to the media here on Sunday.

He added that NAB works under the prime minister but he had shifted it under the Law Ministry in his tenure.

He added that successful negotiations with India can never take place until the Kashmir, Sir Creek and Siachen issues are resolved.

“Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) did not even give party tickets for the NA-153 by-elections in a transparent. How can a fair election be expected”, he asked.
