Mr. Hussain felt pain in his chest and he was brought to Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology & National Institute of Heart Diseases, where doctors assessed his condition.
He remained at the hospital for couple of hours for medical check-up.

Earlier, former president Pervez Musharraf had also developed a respiratory problem during his stay in Karachi and was moved to PNS Shifa Hospital.
Musharraf had suffered health deterioration for couple of times in February. He had fainted at home and was moved to hospital and stayed there for around 5 hours. Doctors had advised him complete rest.

Five days later, he again fell ill. But he had his medical check-up was done at home.
He had been braving health issues for some time. In 2014, he was taken to hospital following a heart-related problem the day he was scheduled to appear in the court.
