Preity Zinta was a stellar actress no doubt. Her cheerful personality and fair, good looks enabled her to become one of Bollywood’s most prominent actresses in the 2000s. With so much success and so many accolades under her belt, Zinta has yet to be married. However, it seems that may also be soon taken care of.

Rumours are rife that the actress is also all set to marry her American beau Gene Gooenough in a private ceremony. According to rumours, the wedding ceremony will be attended by friends and family members who are close to the actress. As per the speculations, the actress will soon be joining her husband by traveling to the United States via a flight.

It is important to mention here that Preity’s close friends denied the rumours and said that Gene was not her boyfriend.

“Gene is NOT Preity’s boyfriend. He is a very good friend. Preity’s brother and little niece live in the US and she visits them regularly. She therefore has a lot of very good friends in America,” said a source which was quoted as being close to Preity Zinta.

2015 has so far been filled with celebrity weddings. In July, Shahid Kapoor tied the knot with Delhi-based girl Mira Rajput in a low-key ceremony which was attended by the actors’ close friends and family. Just last month, Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh tied the knot with Bollywood actress Geeta Basra. And yes, this month Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh admitted he was engaged to model Hazel Keech.

Preity Zinta was also in a relationship with Ness Wadia, with whom she had a bitter breakup and plenty of ugly accusations of abuse in public. However, it is reported that so far she and Gene haven’t gone through any tumultuous conflicts.

Will Zinta actually walk down the aisle? Or are these just baseless rumours without any authenticity attached to them?
