Priyanka Chopra’s granny’s last wish remained unfulfilled as the Church, where she was baptised, did not allow her burial and the actress termed it to be “awful.”
“The act of church was awful. But we should not concentrate on it. Rather we should look that we lost a family member,” said Priyanka Chopra, speaking to media in Patna.
The authorities at the Kumarakom Parish in Kerala refused to let the burial of Mary John Akhouri take place as she was married to a Hindu.
