LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Tuesday heard appeals against distribution of assets among Sharifs and the families of their uncles, ARY News reported.
A division bench of LHC, comprises of Justice Ayisha A. Malik and Justice Shahzada Mazhar, today heard appeals claiming unjust distribution of assets among Sharifs and their uncles.
Ali Sibtain Fazli, the counsel of an uncle of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, pleaded to the court that Sharif family has not distributed the joint property justly and requested to the court to issue orders for just distribution of the joint property.
The bench summoned the families of three uncles of Nawaz Sharif on April 21st to present their stance in the case.
