ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced that cellular services will remain suspended nationwide on account of Chehlum of Imam Hussain (R.A) and the martyrs of Karbala (R.A) tomorrow due to security concerns, ARY News reports on Monday.
PTA had stated that all the Provincial Governments had requested to block mobile phone services due to the security threat on the occasion.
Earlier, the services were suspended on Ashura while keeping the law and order situation in view.
