Sources told that PTI has conditionally decided to return to the assemblies and the chairman Imran Khan has advised his party members to take the negotiations, regarding the formation of a judicial commission to probe electoral rigging, to a logical end.
The PTI chief also summoned an important meeting of the core committee at his Bani Gala residence on March 22.
Sources privy to the development told that a majority of members of the PTI core committee wish to see PTI playing a positive role relating to electoral reforms in the National Assembly, alongside the Senate.
It was further stated that the draft prepared by the political jirgah will also have enough significance with respect to PTI’s return to the assemblies.
